Shipping: All orders take 3 to 5 days to ship, plus standard delivery times. You will receive an email with your tracking number when we ship your order.
Refunds: We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our products email us within 20 days of receipt, mail back the unused portions and we will issue a full refund once we receive the product back at our facility. Unfortunately, shipping labels will not be provided, you must mail the product back at your own expense. International returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Combing Herbs: Please consult your doctor to make sure these herbs are suitable for you, and do not counteract with any medication you are currently taking. Herbs are stronger when they are combined together.
International Orders: At this time we aren’t accepting international orders.
Wrong address issues: Be very careful when typing in your address, if you type the wrong address or enter your information incorrectly we will not reimburse lost packages.
