How can exercise help to alkalize your body?
One way exercise helps to alkalize the body is by increasing the breathing rate and circulation. Breathing deeply helps to alkalize the body by removing carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide if acidic and the more we are able to remove carbon dioxide the more it helps to put our body in al alkalize state. When we exercise we increase our breathing rate and circulation, and this helps to alkalize our body. Increasing the rate and how deep we breath, brings more oxygen to our cells through increased circulation. The more we increase our movements, the more it helps to remove toxins from the cells. These toxic are acidic and increased movement helps to eliminate the acid from the body. Remember to drink Alkaline water before, during and after your workout. If your workout is longer than 30 minutes, take the time out to drink 8-12 oz of alkaline water and finish the workout.
Exercise Helps to Keep us Healthy
We were not created to sit still and not move. The more we can move the healthier our body will become. Studies Relating Exercise to Increased HDL [Good] Cholesterol have shown that exercise helps to increase your HDL [good cholesterol]. When our HDL goes up, this creates a healthier heart and our blood pressure goes down (for those that have high blood pressure). Exercises also helps to reduce our chances of osteoporosis, obesity, back pain, join pain, increase energy, and regulates our blood-sugar levels. There are so many more great benefit to exercising.
Exercise helps with elimination
The extra movement (circulation), seating, burning calories, helps us to eliminate waste in a safe way. We want to eliminate waste from cell metabolism and digestion, if we doin’t toxins will build up in our body and become stuck. This can lead to diseases forming in our body.

Exercise helps us to keep our body weight down
The older we get the slower our metabolism becomes. When our metabolism slows down we tend to have a number of problems: weight gain, constipation, no energy, toxin build up, hard time losing weight, always tired, dry skin, brittle nails, hair loss, frequent headaches, forgetfulness, always cold, loss sex drive, depression, crave sugar and carbs. Exercise can allow you to eat a bit more, while still not gaining weight. This is good for your bowels, and they will move better.
