Wildcrafted in the Hills of Jamaica. This is for those looking for an intense, more powerful cleanse

Directions: Start this detox upon waking after a light breakfast of raw fruit and water/tea.  

1. Soak flower in spring water for 1 hour
2. Consume the rehydrated flower with 16 oz of spring water
3. Stay hydrated during the detox period!
4. After the detox is complete, reintroduce simple plant based foods gradually such as raw fruit or raw veggies
